Largo is a reminder of the power of stories and the importance of remembering our humanity.

Though The Running Man didn’t quite work for me, I appreciate Edgar Wright and Michael Bacall’s attempts at some levity.

After this year, we definitely need it.

City of God is a tremendous accomplishment! I cannot recommend this film enough.

One Battle After Another is unafraid to tackle some of the most relevant themes that we’re facing today, while also featuring an emotionally powerful film with characters you want to root for.

Se7en came out 30 years ago, and it’s still thrilling to watch today, no matter how many times you’ve seen it before.

I think we all could learn something about empathy and connection from this sweet film about a girl and her alien/dog/friend.

Though High and Low was released over sixty years ago, it’s still a great mystery today and is a worthwhile watch for any mystery fan.

If you haven’t seen Poker Face, I highly recommend it, especially for fans of old-school whodunnits!

This film came out in 1957, but it is still absolutely thrilling today. I truly can’t wait to watch this film again!

Sunshine is a thoughtful, harrowing, and beautiful all in one movie—which is not an easy task.

Ironheart is an engaging superhero series that highlights how grief changes everything without it ever feeling too over-the-top or exploitative.

We Were Dangerous is a heartfelt, funny, and unflinching film about three young women who choose to assert their agency in a system that tries to strip them of dignity.

This movie rocks! I remember loving it as a kid, and it still brings me such joy as an adult.

After finishing season one, I can’t wait to jump into the next season that explores more of these criminal enterprises operating in the heart of London!

It’s been a fantastic seven years, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!

Maybe my expectations were too high for Jurassic World: Rebirth, but the more that I’ve thought about it, the more frustrated I’ve become.

Dept. Q is a wonderfully thrilling mystery, and I hope that they renew this show for a second season.
